Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Beat egg, then mix in the water.
  2. Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl. Create a well in the center and pour in the egg water.
  3. Mix well, if too try then add 1 tsp water at a time until the dough is pliable.
  4. Knead dough until elastic. Cut into two balls, cover and rest for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Cut each ball into 2 equal pieces. Roll a piece into a thin rectangular shape. Then cut it into 4 squares. If they aren’t square enough, keep rolling. Repeat until you get 16 wrappers.
