Force cloud save on any Steam game with cloud enabled

Some Steam games have a buggy or broken cloud save feature and you end up being stuck in a failing sync loop. To fix this issue:

1. Open Steam console by opening Run/hit Windows key + R and type steam://open/console
2. Inside the console window, type testappcloudpaths {GAMEID}
3. Go back to the game in your library, press the cloud logo, and it should sync.

{GAMEID} is where the game ID goes. For example, for Devil May Cry HD Collection, you would type testappcloudpaths 631510. You have to do this every time you want to force the cloud to sync.

You can do the same thing on your Steam Deck using desktop mode.
