Ingredients
- buckwheat noodles
- julienned cucumber
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 1 tomato
- 1 heaping tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- few ice cubes
Method
- Blanch the tomato and remove its’ skin. Boil noodles until al dente
- Blend the tomato and everything else except the noodles, cucumber and eggs
- Pour sauce at the bottom of the bowl, place the noodles, pour some sauce on top, and garnish with cucumber and 2 halves of an egg per dish.
