Ingredients

  • buckwheat noodles
  • julienned cucumber
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 heaping tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • few ice cubes

Method

  1. Blanch the tomato and remove its’ skin. Boil noodles until al dente
  2. Blend the tomato and everything else except the noodles, cucumber and eggs
  3. Pour sauce at the bottom of the bowl, place the noodles, pour some sauce on top, and garnish with cucumber and 2 halves of an egg per dish.
