Ingredients

  • 400g canned chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 slices beetroot
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 60ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ lemon

Method

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor while drizzling in the oil until it all emulsifies.
