Ingredients
- 400g canned chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 slices beetroot
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 60ml olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ lemon
Method
- Blend everything together in a food processor while drizzling in the oil until it all emulsifies.
