Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150g fruit yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup raisin & nut muesli

Method

  1. Grind the flax seeds in a spice grinder to make the nutrients available (otherwise they will just pass through you)
  2. Soak the ground flax, chia seeds, yogurt and milk overnight in the fridge
  3. Add the muesli in the morning and stir.
