Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 150g fruit yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup raisin & nut muesli
Method
- Grind the flax seeds in a spice grinder to make the nutrients available (otherwise they will just pass through you)
- Soak the ground flax, chia seeds, yogurt and milk overnight in the fridge
- Add the muesli in the morning and stir.
