Ingredients
- 500g ground meat
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp sage
- ½ tsp marjoram
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry chili powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Method
- Mix all seasonings together with the meat
- Spread the meat mixture evenly onto a baking paper lined tray and separate 16 even squares with a butter knife
- Freeze the tray until you can easily pry apart the squares and place them all in a container for freezing.
