Ingredients

  • 500g ground meat
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry chili powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Method

  1. Mix all seasonings together with the meat
  2. Spread the meat mixture evenly onto a baking paper lined tray and separate 16 even squares with a butter knife
  3. Freeze the tray until you can easily pry apart the squares and place them all in a container for freezing.
