Ingredients

  • 300g frozen green peas
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Boil peas until tender
  2. Heat up butter and cooking cream until barely boiling
  3. Blend peas and butter/cream mix together until you reach desired consistency
  4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
