Ingredients
- 300g frozen green peas
- 1½ tbsp butter
- ¼ cup cooking cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, squeezed
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil peas until tender
- Heat up butter and cooking cream until barely boiling
- Blend peas and butter/cream mix together until you reach desired consistency
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
