Ingredients
- buckwheat noodles
- julienned cucumber
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 1 heaping tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- few ice cubes
Method
- Boil noodles until al dente
- Blend everything except the cucumber and eggs together
- Garnish with cucumber and 2 halves of an egg per dish.
