Ingredients

  • buckwheat noodles
  • julienned cucumber
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • 1 heaping tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • few ice cubes

Method

  1. Boil noodles until al dente
  2. Blend everything except the cucumber and eggs together
  3. Garnish with cucumber and 2 halves of an egg per dish.
